First Lady Evangelist Missionary Mary Bee Hafford age 76 native and life long

resident of Jasper got her wings on Saturday, May 18, 2019.  Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 2:30pm at Hillcrest Baptist Church 3196 US Highway 190 West Jasper. 

Viewing will begin on Saturday at 1:30pm and last up until the start of the service.  Visitation will be Friday, May 24, 2019 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the First Church of God in Christ in Jasper located at 1425

Funeral services are under the direction of Coleman’s Mortuary of

Jasper. Missionary Hafford leaves to remember her legacy, Supt. Morris C. E. Hafford, her husband of 58 years.  To their union was born 12 children, 7 sons and 5 daughters.  Children Charles (Pam) Hafford of Palestine Texas, Andrew (Sheila) Hafford of Houston Texas, Julia (Eric) Houston of Humble Texas, Morris (Cheryle) Hafford of Houston Texas, Joseph (Tricia) Hafford of Kingwood Texas, Celia (Charles) Hadnot of Buna Texas, Issac Hafford Tennessee Colony Texas, Norris (Nathena) Hafford of Jasper

Texas, Naomi Hafford-Smith of Jasper Texas, Myra (Derrick, Sr.) Seastrunk of Jasper Texas, Cyrus (Chunda) Hafford of Little Elm Texas, Mary (Willie Jr.) Dearmon of Jasper Texas.  There is 56 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  Missionary Hafford is also survived by brothers Curtis (Travis) Boatner of Jasper Texas, Truman (Teresa) Boatner of Jamestown Texas, Danny Boatner of Jamestown Texas, Rickey (Matlene) Boatner of Jasper Texas, and Michael Boatner of Jamestown Texas.  5 sisters Earnie (Thomas) McDowell of Newton Texas, Lovella Woodard of Jamestown

Texas, Irene (Dennis) Brooks of Jamestown Texas, Arnetta (Stanley) Jackson of Houston Texas, and Patricia (Kirk) Bowie of Jasper Texas.  Missionary Hafford leaves a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
