Doyle Lee Fain the "Oil Field Legend" 

Doyle Lee Fain “Daddy Doyle”, age 79, of Jasper, Texas, born and raised in Sunset, Texas, raised his family in Dublin, Texas, before moving to Jasper, Texas, where he passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Sunday, August 18th, 2019. Doyle succumbed to his battle with cancer with dignity and grace.

Devoted family and business man, Doyle was loved by all. Doyle spent his life being an entrepreneur in the oil and gas industry and was most recently the proud and passionate owner of Doyle’s Production Service, employing many Jasper area residents.

Doyle enjoyed fishing, his bible, giving to others, and spending quality time with his loved ones, including his dogs. His compassion and thoughtfulness for others was contagious, as well as, his unique ability to make everyone smile. He will be deeply missed by his community, family, and friends.

Doyle is survived by his wife Donna Fain; his children, David Fain and wife Amy, Toni Kelley and husband Mark, Kim Salehi and husband Matt, Melissa Fain, Stephanie Craddock and husband Terry, Todd Mann and wife Kristen, and Niki Oseguera and husband Cesar. His grandchildren, Mallory, Cheyann, William, Rhonda, Cameron, Arya, Adina, Luke, Sydney, Mitchell, John Mark, Hunter, Alex, Kindsay, Olivia, Sophia, Jaci, and Eliana. He also has 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceeded in death by his parents, Samuel J and Rudell Fain, his brothers, J.B. Fain and Sammy Fain.

The viewing will be Friday, August 23, 2019 from 6-8 at Stringer and Griffin Funeral Home in Jasper. A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, 2019 at 10 A.M. at the First Baptist Church of Jasper. Graveside service will be at the Sunset Cemetery in Sunset, TX on August 24th at 7 P.M.
