Elvie Small, age 97, native of Arkansas and resident of Jasper, Texas, transitioned on January 09, 2021.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Cold Spring Cemetery in Jasper. Graveside Services will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m.

Elvie is survived by her daughter, Audrey Gill, grandchildren; Eric Z. Gill, Sr. (Felicia) of Fort Polk, LA, Erica Bryant, and Eunice Stephens both of Houston, TX. Six great-grandchildren; Tornecia Booker (Travis), Marya Johnson (Dion), Tiffany Gill, Ejalyn and Ceajae Bryant, all of Houston, TX, and Eric Gill, Jr. (Helen) of Austin, TX. Six great-great-grandchildren; Daelon, Dioryon, Mialanti Johnson, Thaddeus Booker, Madison Gill, and Emerie Washington, all of Houston, TX. Sister, Helen Horn Scott of Houston, TX; sister-in-law, Augusta Byas of Houston, TX; special Goddaughters, Dewanna Cauley (Gary) of Grand Prairie, TX and Nancy Welwood of Frisco, Texas. Elvie also leaves special memories and love to a host of nieces and nephews.
