Lee Dora Adams, 64, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital in Houston, TX.
She was born on February 05, 1956, in Jasper, TX, to Tulah and Harlee Williams. She was a graduate of Jasper High School and received her Bachelor in Special Education from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, TX. She married Leroy Adams on September 2, 1978, in Jasper, TX. Lee Dora Adams was until her death a devoted Christian and followed the word of God. She was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, and aunt. She was a very free hearted, patient, and loving person. She was very smart and intelligent individual.
She was preceded in death by her mother Tulah Williams, father Harlee Williams, brother Kenneth Dewin Williams , and sister Harriet Williams- Rawls.
She is survived by her husband Leroy Adams, children Edrick Williams, Royce Williams, and Franna Adams. She is also survived by her grandchildren Chauntandra Williams, Darius Williams, Nicholas Williams, Jaylon Sadler, KaVorick Williams, Royce Williams Jr., Ceasar Sandoval, Cadon Adams-Jones, Tiaja Williams, Elija Williams, and Royal Williams. She is survived by her brothers, Clyde Williams, Sammie Williams, Dalemore Williams, Todd Williams, and Derrick Williams. She is survived by her sisters, Shirley Sears and Jennifer Johnson. A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the current Covid-19 virus situation and safety of others, a private graveside service for immediate family will be Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Indian Creek Cemetery in Jasper under the direction of Coleman’s Mortuary in Jasper.
