Mother loved the Lord. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Jasper where she was a dedicated Sunday school teacher. As she grew older and before her mind faded, she loved to talk about the Lord Jesus and the Rapture, and her witness became bolder. Her greatest desire was for family, friends and those whose paths she crossed to come to know the Lord Jesus and accept Him as their Lord and Savior. She would want you to know, "It is still not too late."
We, her children, extend our heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers at Timber Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility and to the caregivers at Affinity Hospice for each person's kindness, patience and loving care toward our Mother. A very special "thank you" is extended to all the wonderful ladies in the Alzheimer unit.
