A Sunday night all-terrain vehicle crash between Woodville and Livingston has left one woman dead and four other people injured. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, it happened shortly before 9:00 on Rhett’s Run Road, about 2 miles south of Highway 190.

Troopers say 31-year-old Charity Lara, of Livingston, was driving a 2018 Can-Am Commander southbound when she went off of the roadway and struck an embankment, causing the ATV to overturn.

A passenger, Alyssa Fleming, also from Livingston, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, Charity Lara along with passengers Chrystal Sonnier, 29, Arturo Lara, Jr., 38, and Jacob Hodge, 28, were all transported by ambulance to CHI St. Luke’s Hospital in Livingston for treatment.
