The Jasper Bulldogs have exited the 4-A Division II high school football playoffs. The Dawgs faced, and lost to the West Orange-Stark Mustangs in Beaumont ISD Stadium on Friday night.

Jasper scored first, and quickly. On their first possession of the game, the Dawgs went straight to the air, completing three straight pass plays, the last of which went to Jemario Thomas who carried it in for a 61 yard touchdown. Ayden Garcia tapped in the extra point and quickly Jasper was up 7-0.

However, the Mustangs also found the end zone, tacking on 20 unanswered with touchdowns in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.

West Orange-Stark won it with a final score of 20-7.
