Jasper Police say more ‘funny money’ has been showing up in our area. According to Lieutenant Garrett Foster, officers have taken a report on yet another counterfeit bill that has shown up, and this is on top of a recent increase in the number of counterfeit money cases.

There have been various denominations of fake money being passed in Jasper over the years, Foster says this time it’s counterfeit $100’s and $20’s that are cropping up.
