For the second year in a row, two business owners have stepped up to help the Jasper Air Show, and they want to ensure that both kids and military personnel, whether active or veterans, get to enjoy and learn about aviation and historic aircraft at the upcoming 13th Annual Jasper Air Show.

Dr. Jack M. Gill, PhD, of The Gill Foundation in Houston, along with Dr. Eric Koch of Advanced Dental Care of East Texas in Jasper, are supplying hundreds of arm bands.

Last year, the two men teamed up to purchase a total of 250 arm bands for children that were good for the Sunday show only.

However, this year, The Gill Foundation of Texas is providing FREE arm bands for the first ten active or veteran military personnel that come through the gate on Saturday only.

Additionally, Dr. Gill will be hosting a tent for active and veteran military personnel during the Saturday air show.

Meanwhile, Dr. Eric Koch is supplying FREE arm bands for the first 100 kids age 4-12 who come through the gates on either Saturday or Sunday. (Age 3 and younger automatically get in FREE)

EAA Chapter 1356 will be giving free Young Eagle flights to any child who would like to experience the thrill of flight each day beginning at 9:00 a.m. until just before the beginning of the aerial portion of the air show.
